COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Our overall twenty-five (25) years of experience in the Disability Field has included the following:
- Eleven (11) years of service working in Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities providing vocational testing, counseling and job placement.
- Thirteen (13) years of services with insurance companies providing case management to auto no-fault and Workers' Compensation claimants. The focus of service has been on disability management and early intervention focusing on Return to Work.
- Ten (10) years of services with Federal Workers' Compensation Claimants, OWCP.
Eleven (11) years of Vocational Expert services with Social Security Administration, Office of Hearings and Appeals, which has recently been changed to The Office of Adjudication and Review (ODAR). Provided Vocational Expert Witness testimony in over 3,000 disability hearings. - Three (3) years of Advocacy experience providing Claimant Representative Services before the SSA.
- Ten (10) years of services with General Motors Corporation, providing disability management services to industrially injured workers.
- Four (4) years of service with the Veterans Administration providing Vocational Testing and Job Placement services to disabled veterans.
- Attorney referrals dealing with issues related to wage-earning capacity, wrongful discharge, child support and job placement.
- Ten (10) years of service with railroad-injured workers dealing with Return to Work issues and alternative employment.
